The Hackney Homes African and Caribbean Consultative Forum, also known as ACCF, is a consultative group established in order to develop a better dialogue between Hackney Homes and the African and Caribbean Community. Also to serve as an accessible resource and platform to empower the black community.
The core objectives are
to work directly with Hackney Homes and be involved in the decision making process.
helping to build capacity, and community projects.
encourage community cohesion.
The Hackney Homes ACCF meets quarterly and welcomes new members and enquiries. It offers a varied agenda of topics including a range of information on housing, cultural and local matters
To set out clearly the level of service you can expect to receive.
To involve all tenants, residents and young people in setting and monitoring the quality of the service delivered.
To identify problems and improve services if needed.
To strengthen the partnership between residents and Hackney Homes and improve how we communicate and consult with the African and Caribbean community
