Make your isolation full of educational fun with Game Time! Providing a huge range of online activities for the next 12 weeks engaging Hackney's young residents.
The youth project got off to a good start last week with a graffiti artist coming along to Jack Dunning and Nisbet House to do creative sessions with the young people. Attendees created art inspired by their own names and also learned new design techniques.
The Resident Participation team recently hosted a children's event for residents of Sandford Court. The main attraction for the event was the ever popular Hackney Playbus which went down a treat with children on the estate.
If you live on an estate and have an event or other idea to bring residents together please email the Resident Participation Team on firstname.lastname@example.org who will engage residents who live there and if others want it too then we will make it happen.
The first Hackney Vibe festival for young people was a success. The Mayor, Speaker and Cabinet Member for Housing certainly thought it was a knockout event (see photo). The excellent event was well attended by 12-25 year olds with a wide range of entertainments and Hackney services present. This event takes Hackney one step closer to establishing a youth forum for housing over the coming months. If you are a young person interested in getting involved and having your say through a youth forum our our housing residents then please contact email@example.com

You can have a mini 'shop' in your garden or at the front of your house selling bric-a-brac, toys, vintage clothes, cakes, artwork, craft, food and drinks or whatever you like. Everyone is encouraged to walk around the trail, meeting neighbours, buying, socialising and having fun!
Your location and wares will be uploaded onto our interactive google map. There will also be a printed map with stalls that have joined in time that will be available around the trail. To find out more see http://www.londonfieldsjumbletrail.co.uk/
