Hackney Council have a range of free opportunities delivered by qualified and experienced leaders who will help you get the most from your sessions: o The New Age Games programme autumn programme of sporting activities is to start week beginning 1st September 2015. The free Council-run scheme is designed to give Hackney residents aged over 50 years a chance to socialise, exercise and stay healthy. Themed Walk - Abney Park - Saturday 26th September, 11.00am -12.30pm o Explore Hackney's historic cemetery and nature reserve and discover the importance of green spaces to London. From religious dissenters to inventors, from fungi to wildlife, explore this unique part of the capital and learn just how much its people and its biodiversity has contributed to modern London.
