Neighbourhood panelsHackney's 5 neighbourhoods are represented by neighbourhood panels:
Queensbridge, De Beauvoir and Central
Clapton neighbourhood sub-panel
Stamford Hill neighbourhood sub-panel
The panels look into issues that affect the wider community and elected representatives, from TRAs and other key residents attend these meetings. Meetings are open and residents from the neighbourhood area are welcome to attend. If you are attending the panel for the first time please inform them of your attendance in advance.
Resident liaison group
The resident liaison group is made up of 2 elected members from the neighbourhood panels, 2 members from the TMO forum, one member from the street property forum, one leaseholder and 6 independent members. This is the highest level of resident engagement and is attended by the director of housing and lead member for housing.

Resident scrutiny panel
The resident Scrutiny Panel are a group if 8 tenants and leaseholders from across the borough who are recruited to act as critical friends to highlight the Council's service strengths and weakness. The panel carry out reviews of service areas and make recommendation for service improvements.
